BURKERT 20071654 (Type 2000) pneumatically operated 2/2-way angle seat valve. Features a stainless steel body, clamp connection, PA actuator, and PTFE seal. Designed for flow above seat.

BURKERT 20071654 (Type 2000) is a pneumatically operated 2/2-way angle seat valve designed for the controlled flow of gaseous media and steam. This specific model features a stainless steel body with a 1 1/2 inch (DN 40) ASME BPE clamp connection, a polyamide (PA) actuator, and a PTFE seat seal. It operates with control function A (normally closed by spring force) and is configured for flow above the seat.
The externally piloted angle seat valve is operated with a single-acting piston actuator. The self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity.

Flow above seat: Since the medium is above the swivel plate, the operating pressure contributes to closing the valve and sealing the valve seat.
WARNING
Risk of damage due to bursting pipes and bursting equipment when the flow is above the seat. In the case of liquid mediums, water hammer can occur, causing pipes and the device to burst. Do not use valves with flow above the seat for liquid mediums.

Body with clamp connection Clamp: ASME BPE Pipe: ASME BPE / DIN 11866 series C

The angle seat valve can be installed in any position, preferably with the actuator face up.
TIP
If the position of the control air connection for installation of the hose is unfavorable, it can be aligned steplessly by rotating the actuator through 360°.
