Burkert Type 2920 (SKU 20110212) manually operated 2/2-way angle seat valve. Features 1 1/2" internal thread, stainless steel body, PTFE seal, and handles 0-16 bar at -10 to 200 °C.

BURKERT 20110212 (Type 2920) is a manually operated 2/2-way angle seat valve consisting of a manual actuator and a 2-way body made of high-quality stainless steel. With a flow-optimised valve body, the manually operated valve offers diverse usage options to shut off both neutral and aggressive gaseous and liquid media. The tried-and-tested self-adjusting packing gland guarantees optimal tightness and therefore enables low-maintenance operation, even at high switching cycles.
The actuator is made of high-quality plastic and is suitable for use in demanding environments. It possesses a visual position indicator and can be optionally equipped with stroke limitation and locking.
Model Specifics
The specific model 20110212 features a 1 1/2" internal thread (G) connection, a 45 mm handwheel, PTFE seat seal, and is rated for 0-16 bar operating pressure at medium temperatures from -10 °C to 200 °C.

Depending on the application, the soft PTFE or PEEK seal ensures a reliable valve seat seal, even under challenging operating conditions.

When turning the handwheel anticlockwise, the reproducible stroke scale becomes visible between the position indicator and the handwheel. The scale on the handwheel determines the rotation position of the handwheel (50 positions). The reproducible stroke scale shows, depending on the bottom edge of the handwheel, the relative position of the valve (valve opening) and acts as a fixation point for determining the rotation position.
The valve seat is always closed against the medium flow. The flow direction should therefore be set such that the valve reaches the flow beneath the valve seat.

WARNING
Risk of injury due to high pressure and escaping medium Switch off the pressure before working on the device or system. Vent or drain the lines.
DANGER
Explosion hazard due to electrostatic charge! If there is a sudden discharge of electrostatically charged devices or individuals, there is a risk of explosion in the Ex area. Take appropriate measures to ensure that no electrostatic charge can build up. Only wipe the device surfaces gently with a damp or anti-static cloth. Ground the actuator and valve body.
