BURKERT 344634 Type 2000 is a pneumatically operated 2/2-way angle seat valve designed for the controlled flow of liquid and gaseous media. Featuring a virtually straight flow path, it attains high flow rates while maintaining high sealing integrity through a reliable self-adjusting packing gland. This specific model is equipped with a stainless steel body, a clamp connection, and a PTFE seat seal. It operates with Control Function A (normally closed by spring force) and is rated for operating pressures from 0 to 11 bar and medium temperatures from -10 °C to 185 °C.

Water Hammer Risk

Risk of damage due to bursting pipes and bursting equipment when the flow is above the seat. In the case of liquid mediums, water hammer can occur, causing pipes and the device to burst. Do not use valves with flow above the seat for liquid mediums.
