Swagelok SS-12NBS12 is a stainless steel severe service union bonnet needle valve designed for demanding applications. It features a straight pattern (2-way) flow path and a ball stem with a cobalt-based alloy tip. The valve is constructed from 316 stainless steel and is equipped with 3/4 in. Swagelok® tube fittings on both ends.
Needle valves with union-bonnet construction are available in a variety of materials, with working pressures up to 10000 psig (689 bar) and temperatures up to 1200°F (648°C).
