Swagelok SS-4CP5-25 is a stainless steel 1-piece poppet check valve designed for precise backflow control in general-service and high-purity fluid systems. This model features a factory-set fixed cracking pressure of 25 psig (1.8 bar) and is constructed from high-grade 316 stainless steel. The integrated poppet design ensures reliable performance with a maximum flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.35, while the Fluorocarbon FKM O-ring provides excellent chemical resistance and sealing integrity. It is rated for 3000 psig (206 bar) at room temperature (100°F).
