Swagelok SS-QF4-S-6M0 is a QF4 series stainless steel full-flow quick-connect stem designed for unrestricted flow in transfer, drain, and vent systems. This stem is supplied without a valve, ensuring maximum flow capacity with a 2.2 Cv when coupled with a corresponding body. Constructed from 316 stainless steel with a fluorocarbon FKM O-ring, it provides high chemical resistance and durability in demanding industrial environments.

Technical Performance

The SS-QF4-S-6M0 is rated for high-pressure applications, supporting up to 6000 PSIG (413 BAR) at room temperature. For elevated temperature service, it maintains a pressure rating of 100 PSIG (6.8 BAR) at 400 °F (204 °C). The component undergoes Swagelok's Standard Cleaning and Packaging (SC-10) and is assembled without lubricants on any components to prevent system contamination.
