TLV VM3HPN is a high-precision low-temperature vacuum steam heating system (VACUUMIZER) designed for single equipment production processes and pilot plants. It provides rapid start-up, uniform heating, and accurate control of jacketed vessels, conical or cylinder dryers, and other process equipment.

Restrictions
To avoid abnormal operation, accidents or serious injury, DO NOT use this product outside of the specification range. Local regulations may restrict the use of this product to below the conditions quoted.

Piping Notes
A steam trap and bypass set are required when Vacuum Steam Temperature is over 95 °C. When a steam trap is installed, initial vacuum generation within the application will require more time. To shorten the vacuum generation time, open the bypass valve at startup and close the bypass valve once steady operation is achieved. The control system automatically operates the solenoid valve/motor valve as a bypass valve.
