Swagelok SS-42GXS4-51SDM is a stainless steel 1-piece 40G series 3-way ball valve equipped with a dual-mounted 180° spring return pneumatic actuator. Designed with a one-piece construction, this valve enhances thermal durability and prevents leaks. It features 1/4 in. Swagelok® tube fittings on all three connections and offers a maximum flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.35.

3-Way Switching

The original 40 series and the 40G series valves provide various actuator, flow path, and handle options. They are designed for ease of packing adjustment while remaining inline, offering greater working temperature ratings, higher thermal cycling capabilities, and a lower probability of leakage.
