ENP Nickel Plating
TLV FP46UN QuickTrap® is a PowerDyne® stainless steel universal thermodynamic disc steam trap with thermostatic air venting. Designed for steam mains, tracers, and coils, this inline replaceable and cleanable 2-bolt universal flange steam trap offers high air venting capability. The trap and connector units are sent as separate units for flexible installation.

- Union connection, two-bolt flange connector, replaceable trap unit and module valve seat, permit replacement in minutes without disturbing piping.
- Universal flange and unions allow trap to be easily positioned in the correct attitude, regardless of pipeline configuration.
- Screen located in connector ensures trouble-free operation.

- Quick thermostatic air venting with bimetal ring for fast start-up.
- Lapped disc provides steam-tight seal without air binding.
