Burkert Type 0330 (SKU 20037071) is a 3/2-way direct-acting mixing solenoid valve featuring a PVDF body, FKM seal, 4mm orifice, and G 1/4 connection. Operates at 24V DC.

BURKERT 20037071 3/2-Way Direct-Acting Solenoid Valve, Type 0330, 24V DC, G 1/4

BURKERT 20037071 (Type 0330) is a direct-acting, media-separated 3/2-way pivoted armature solenoid valve. Designed for controlling, shutting off, and dosing neutral and aggressive media, this specific configuration features a highly chemical-resistant PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) body and FKM (Fluor rubber) seals. The coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, making the valve especially suitable for critical media such as aggressive acids and alkalis.

This model operates as a Circuit Function E mixing valve, where normally inlet port 1 (P1/NC) is closed and inlet port 3 (P2/NO) is connected with outlet port 2 (A/OUT). It features a 4.0 mm orifice, G 1/4 internal thread connections, and operates on a 24V DC power supply. The valve is equipped with a service-friendly, robust manual override for start-up and testing.

Installation

WARNING

Risk of injury from high pressure in the system/device ▶ Before working on equipment or device, switch off the pressure and deaerate/drain lines.

Risk of injury from electric shock ▶ Before working on the system or device, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation. ▶ Observe the applicable accident prevention and safety regulations for electrical devices.

Before Installation The installation position is flexible, but preferably with the actuator upright. Check pipelines for soiling and clean if required.

Dirt Trap For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.

Electrical Connection

Pin Assignment Standard Variant The pin assignment depends on the circuit function. For Circuit Function E, the connections are:

  • Connection 1: P1
  • Connection 2: A
  • Connection 3: P2

Connection Instructions

▶ Connect L1/+ and N/– to terminals 1 and 2 independently of the polarity. ▶ Connect the protective conductor. ▶ Screw the cable plug (Type 2518 or 2509 in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803, Design A) in place, observing the maximum torque of 1 Nm. ▶ Check electrical continuity between coil and body (protective conductor function).
