BURKERT 20062351 Type 0331 Direct-Acting 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve, ATEX/IECEx

BURKERT 20062351 Type 0331 direct-acting 2/2-way solenoid valve. Features a brass body, FKM seal, 3mm orifice, flange connection, and ATEX/IECEx certification.

BURKERT 20062351 Type 0331 Direct-Acting 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve, ATEX/IECEx

BURKERT 20062351 Type 0331 is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve. This explosion-proof variant features a brass body, FKM seal, and a flange connection (Bürkert flange 32 x 46 version A2). The solenoid coil is moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy, and the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, making it especially suitable for critical media such as aggressive acids and lyes.

This specific model operates as a 2/2-way normally closed valve (Circuit Function A) with a 3.0 mm orifice. It is designed for a pressure range of 0 to 10 bar and includes an ATEX/IECEx certified coil (Type ACP016) with a moulded cable connection, operating at 24 V.

Safety Instructions

DANGER!

Risk of injury from high pressure in the system/device

  • Before working on equipment or device, switch off the pressure and deaerate/drain lines.

Risk of injury from electric shock

  • Before working on the system or device, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation.
  • Observe the applicable accident prevention and safety regulations for electrical devices.

WARNING!

Risk of explosion due to electrostatic discharge If there is a sudden discharge from electrostatically charged devices or individuals, there is a risk of explosion in the potentially explosive area.

  • Take appropriate measures to ensure that no electrostatic discharges can build up in the potentially explosive area.
  • Do not use the device in areas where there are processes that generate strong charges.
  • Only clean the device surface by wiping it gently with a damp or antistatic cloth.
