BURKERT 20076680 Type 6213 Servo-Assisted 2/2-Way Diaphragm Valve

Burkert Type 6213 (SKU 20076680) is a servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm valve designed for controlling, shutting off, and dosing neutral media with a viscosity of up to 21 mm²/s. The spring coupling of the diaphragm supports the opening process in the valve. In its standard variant, the valve is suitable for deployment with liquids, requiring a minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar for full opening. The 20076680 model features a stainless steel body, FKM seals, and operates on 24 V DC.

Safety Instructions

  • Danger from high pressure: Before loosening lines and valves, turn off the pressure and vent the lines.
  • Danger due to electrical voltage: Before reaching into the device or the system, switch off the power supply and secure it against reactivation.
  • Risk of burns: Keep the device away from highly flammable substances and media and do not touch with bare hands during continuous operation.

Installation Approach

  • Clean pipelines of any contamination before installation.
  • Install a dirt trap upstream of the valve inlet (≤ 500 µm).
  • Observe the flow direction: the arrow on the body indicates the flow direction.
  • Do not use the solenoid as a lever arm. Hold the device on the body using an open-end wrench and screw into the pipeline.
