BURKERT 20112210 3/2-Way Direct-Acting Solenoid Valve, Type 0330, Brass, NPT 1/4

BURKERT 20112210 (Type 0330) is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve designed for universal 3/2-way applications. This specific configuration features a robust brass body, NPT 1/4 internal thread connections, and a 12V DC epoxy-molded coil. The solenoid actuator and the medium chamber are separated from each other by an FKM (Fluor rubber) isolating diaphragm system, making it highly suitable for critical and aggressive media.

The 20112210 model is equipped with a manual override for convenient start-up and testing. It carries FM explosion-proof approvals for hazardous locations, ensuring safe operation in demanding industrial environments. With a 2.0 mm orifice, it supports a pressure range of 0 to 12 bar and provides a Kv value of 0.08 m³/h for water.

Circuit Function

This valve operates with Circuit Function T (CF T), which is a 3/2-way solenoid valve, direct-acting, with optional flow direction. It is normally closed in the rest position.

Installation and Electrical Connection

Safety Instructions

  • Risk of injury from high pressure: Before working on equipment or device, switch off the pressure and deaerate/drain lines.
  • Risk of injury from electric shock: Before working on the system or device, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation.
  • Installation Position: As required, preferably with the actuator upright.
  • Dirt Trap: For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.
  • Electrical Connection: This model utilizes a conduit connection suitable for hazardous locations. Ensure the protective conductor is connected and check electrical continuity between the coil and body.
