BURKERT 353441 3/2-Way Direct-Acting Solenoid Valve (Type 0331)

Burkert 353441 (Type 0331) is a 3/2-way direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve. Features ATEX/IECEx explosion protection, brass body, flange connection, and EPDM seal.

BURKERT 353441 3/2-Way Direct-Acting Solenoid Valve (Type 0331)

The Burkert 353441 (Type 0331) is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve. As a 3/2-way universal variant (Circuit function T), it offers flexible port connections depending on the application. The solenoid coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. Since the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, the valve is especially suitable for critical media. This specific model features an explosion-proof coil with a 3-meter moulded cable, a brass body, a flange connection, and EPDM seals.

Installation Notes

WARNING!

Risk of injury due to improper installation ▶ Installation may only be performed by trained technicians and with the appropriate tools. ▶ Secure the system against unintentional activation. ▶ Ensure a controlled restart after installation.

  • Installation position: As required, preferably with actuator upright.
  • Dirt trap: For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.
  • Flange variant fastening: Using the screws supplied, fasten to base devices or connection plate. Tighten the fastening screws on the coil with a maximum torque of 2 Nm.
