BURKERT 457708 Type 0330 is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve. Configured as a 3/2-way variant with Circuit Function T, it can be used universally depending on the application. The solenoid coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. Because the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, the valve is especially suitable for critical and aggressive media. This specific model features a stainless steel body, EPDM seals, an NPT 1/4 port connection, and operates at 120V/60Hz.

Operating Conditions

The medium temperature range for the EPDM seal is -30 °C to +90 °C. The maximum ambient temperature is +55 °C. EPDM is suitable for alkalis, acids to medium concentrations, alkaline washing, and bleaching lyes.

Installation Note

For metal bodies, the minimum thread length at the middle connection is 7.5 mm. The device can be attached via the existing holes on the bottom side (hole pattern 38x24) using M4 screws.

Electrical Connection

The electrical connection uses plug contacts according to DIN EN 175301-803 form A for a cable plug (e.g., Type 2518 or 2509).
