BURKERT 465612 (Type 0330) 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve, PP Body, FKM Seal

BURKERT 465612 (Type 0330) is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve designed for reliable control of aggressive and neutral media. This specific model features a Polypropylene (PP) body and FKM (Fluor rubber) seals, making it highly resistant to oxidizing acids, salt solutions, and waste gases. Operating as a 2/2-way normally closed valve (Circuit Function A), it is equipped with a G 1/4 internal thread and runs on a 24V DC power supply. The solenoid coil is moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy, and the coil system is completely separated from the medium by a diaphragm system.

Key features of the 465612 valve include:

  • Direct-acting, media-separated design suitable for critical and aggressive media.
  • Maintenance-free pivoted armature technology ensuring a long service life.
  • Vibration-proof, block screwed coil system for robust industrial performance.
  • Service-friendly manual override for easy start-up and testing.

Dimensions (Plastic Body)

The 465612 utilizes a plastic (PP) body. When installing, ensure the correct screw-in depth for the G 1/4 connection threads. The device can be attached via the existing holes on the bottom side (hole pattern 38x24) using self-tapping screws (max. screw-in depth 10 mm).

Installation and Safety

Safety Instructions

  • Risk of injury from high pressure: Before working on the equipment or device, switch off the pressure and deaerate/drain lines.
  • Risk of injury from electric shock: Before working on the system or device, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation. Observe applicable accident prevention and safety regulations for electrical devices.

Dirt Trap Recommendation

For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.

Installation Position: The installation position is flexible, but it is recommended to install with the actuator pointing upwards. Check pipelines for soiling and clean if required before installation.
