Product Overview

Spirax Sarco PN9000 series pneumatic actuator is a compact linear actuator designed specifically for SPIRA-TROL series control valves, offering three core series: PN9100, PN9200, and PN9300, corresponding to three diaphragm sizes of 100 cm², 340 cm², and 670 cm², meeting different differential pressure application requirements. The actuator features mechanical stroke indication, full rolling diaphragm ensuring good linearity within the operating stroke, supports both spring extend (E) and spring retract (R) spring action types, and provides various optional configurations to adapt to complex application scenarios.

Selection Guide

Selection Criteria

1. Determine the required valve model and stem packing type (PTFE or graphite).
2. Identify the maximum operating pressure (including transient pressure) in the application scenario.
3. According to valve size (DN15-DN100), shut-off class (Class IV/VI) and application requirements, refer to the differential pressure selection table in the documentation to select the appropriate actuator.
