Swagelok SS-SCF3-VR4-P-30 inline gas filter is designed to remove particulate contaminants in demanding gas or liquid applications where purity is a requirement and space is limited. This 3 in. (76.2 mm) ultrahigh-purity (UHP) filter features a 316L VAR body and is processed to the SC-01 Ultrahigh-Purity Process Specification.
