The Yoshitake 150F-13F flanged sight glass features a flap and scale plate for checking flow rate variations. Cast stainless steel, up to 1.0 MPa and 150℃.

Yoshitake 150F-13F is a flanged sight glass equipped with a flap and scale plates, allowing users to easily check flow rate variations in a piping system. Manufactured from cast stainless steel, it is designed for a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa and temperatures up to 150°C. It is suitable for cold and hot water, oil, and other non-dangerous fluids. The pressure loss caused by the fluid flow is exceptionally low (as low as 0.01 MPa) even at the maximum flow rate, ensuring it does not affect the system pressure.

Precautions for Installation
Precautions for Operation
| Trouble | Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|---|
| Flap does not move | 1. The flap is caught by foreign substances sticking to the inner surface of the glass. 2. The flap is caught by scratches on the inner surface of the glass. 3. Flow rate does not reach the min. limit. 4. Fluid does not flow. 5. The product is installed in the opposite direction of the fluid flow. | 1. Disassemble and clean the product to remove foreign substances. 2. Disassemble the product and replace the damaged parts. 3. Replace the product with one of a nominal size that ensures a flow rate of the min. limit. 4. Check the piping. 5. Reinstall the product correctly. |
| Fluid flow cannot be observed | 1. Foreign substances stick to the inner surface of the glass. 2. The inner surface of the glass has erosion or scratches. | 1. Disassemble and clean the product. 2. Disassemble the product and replace the glass. |
| Outside leakage | 1. The gasket leaks. 2. The glass is damaged. | 1. Disassemble the product and replace the gasket. 2. Disassemble the product and replace the glass. |
Disassembly Warning
Completely discharge the pressure inside of the product, piping, and equipment prior to disassembly and inspection. When the fluid is hot, cool down the product to a condition that it can be touched with bare hands. Failure to follow this notice may result in injury due to residual pressure or scalds.
