Yoshitake AL-52FS-95 is a home boiler relief valve installed in the plumbing system of a heat exchanger. It is used for small hot water boilers operating at a pressure of less than 100 kPa or 200 kPa. This valve automatically discharges water to protect the machinery when pressure abnormally increases due to water expansion and system trouble.

Features

• A large diaphragm at the pressure receiving section enables it to blow out a large capacity at the first operation. It also makes the commence-to-blow pressure and reseating pressure stable.
• The valve is sanitary, since the wetted part and the mechanical part are separated by the diaphragm.
• A manual lever enables checking the operation and water level. It can also quickly discharge water inside the system.
• The diaphragm is made of heat and water-resistant synthetic rubber.
• The AL-52FS is suitable for electric water heaters, since the valve seat is made of stainless steel.

WARNING

Using the valves configured for higher pressures (190 kPa) for a simple boiler (100 kPa) is illegal.
