The Yoshitake CP-2003 steam combination valve integrates a pressure reducing valve and a solenoid valve, providing 0.1-1.0 MPa inlet pressure for rapid startup and energy saving in steam lines.

Yoshitake CP-2003 steam combination valve integrates multiple functions into a single unit, realizing space reduction, cost savings, and the simplified control of plural valves. Designed specifically for steam applications, it combines a pressure reducing valve and a solenoid valve.
System Efficiency
In order to increase the performance and efficiency of the system and to save energy, a high-pressure steam line and a low-pressure steam line can be used together. The CP-2003 performs these operations alone, replacing the need for two or more conventional valves.

During system startup, air is discharged with low-pressure steam. The system is then rapidly raised to the intended temperature with high-pressure steam, and regular operation begins with low-pressure steam. The CP-2003 controls these stages automatically via its solenoid valve.
