Yoshitake CP-2004 combination valve integrates multiple functions into a single unit, eliminating the need to install separate pressure reducing valves and solenoid valves. Designed for steam applications, it realizes space reduction, cost savings, and simpler piping systems. The CP-2004 model specifically enables the switching of reduced pressure with ON-OFF control.

Control Principle

The CP-2004 allows switching of reduced pressure using ON-OFF control through its dual pilot valve system.

Note

The minimum differential pressure across the valve is 15% of the inlet gauge pressure (minimum value: 0.05 MPa). Valve seat leakage is 0.01% or less of the rated flow.
