Yoshitake GD-43N-10 pressure reducing valve for cold/hot water and sterilization steam. Features stainless steel wetted parts, PTFE diaphragm, and JIS 10K FF flanged connection.

Yoshitake GD-43N-10 is a direct-acting pressure reducing valve designed for cold and hot water, as well as steam for washing or sterilization. Featuring a closed structure and a pressure balance mechanism, it maintains a constant reduced pressure without being affected by fluctuations in the inlet pressure.
The wetted parts of the valve are constructed from stainless steel (SCS14A and SUS316) to improve corrosion resistance. The diaphragm's contact surface with the fluid is covered with PTFE, making it highly durable and less prone to deterioration.
| Specification | Value |
|---|---|
| Application Fluid | Cold and hot water, Steam for washing or sterilization |
| Inlet Pressure | 0.07–1.0 MPa (Max 0.2 MPa for washing/sterilization steam) |
| Reduced Pressure Ranges | Spring A (Yellow): 0.02–0.1 MPa Spring B (Red): 0.1–0.25 MPa Spring C (Black): 0.25–0.5 MPa |
| Minimum Differential Pressure | 0.05 MPa |
| Maximum Pressure Reduction Ratio | 10:1 (for cold/hot water) |
| Fluid Temperature | 5–90°C (Max 130°C for sterilization steam; 4-hour interval between blows) |
| Body Material | Cast Stainless Steel (SCS14A) |
| Valve Disc Material | Special Synthetic Rubber (Special FKM) |
| Connection | JIS 10K FF Flanged |
WARNING
When using the pressure reducing valve for a steam passage, the maximum temperature limit must be 130°C and the maximum primary pressure limit must be 0.2 MPa. Operation outside these limits will cause damage. Allow an interval of at least four hours between steam flows.

Key components include a cast stainless steel (SCS14A) body, a stainless steel (SUS304) valve spring, an FKM & PTFE diaphragm, and an FKM O-ring.

INFO
To select the nominal size, find the intersection of the differential pressure and the required flow rate. If the intersection falls between two sizes, always select the larger nominal size.
