Yoshitake HN-300M series is a custom-made (made-to-order) hot water navigator system. It is designed to provide high-accuracy temperature control for various high-temperature and high flow rate applications, from handwashing and showering to equipment sterilization in production processes. We manufacture the appropriate product setup according to the customer's usage and conditions.

The HN-300M is versatile and supports various cleaning and sterilization processes:

High-Temperature and High Flow Rate

The system can be used in a wide range of applications, from washing at 50-60°C to high-temperature sterilization at 80-90°C.

Control Panel Customization

The control panel can be customized according to requests. External input/output is supported, allowing for the configuration of maximum and minimum temperature alarms, warning buzzers, emergency steam supply shutdowns, and line pump emergency shutdowns.

Stainless Steel Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

Due to the adoption of a colgate (corrugated) tube, the heat transfer area is large, providing excellent heat exchange capability. Both the shell and tube, as well as the three-way valve body, are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability.

Easy Digital Temperature Setting

The digital interface makes changing set temperatures easy, improving efficiency across all application changes.

  • Supply water: 18°C
  • High hot water temperature: 120°C
  • Setting 1: Hot water temperature set to 90°C, maintaining flow rate of 100 L/min for 10 minutes (temperature rises to 90°C within 4 minutes, regulated within ±1.5°C).
  • Setting 2: Hot water temperature set to 60°C, maintaining flow rate of 100 L/min for 10 minutes (temperature drops to 60°C within 5 minutes, regulated within ±1.5°C).
