Disassembly, Cleaning, and Reassembly

WARNING

Overtightening damages the glass. Glasses and mica plates are not bonded. Please be careful when handling.

When reassembling the SL-1S or SL-1F sight glasses:

1. Attach the gaskets, mica plates (if used for steam condensate), glasses, outer gaskets, and covers in this order to the body.
2. To fix the covers to the body, tighten them temporarily with bolts, spring washers, and nuts, then tighten evenly at the specified torque.
