Yoshitake TA-2C air vent valve featuring a quick exhaust mechanism and Nylon 11 coating. Suitable for cold/hot water and oil, 0.01-1.0 MPa.

The Yoshitake TA-2C Air Vent Valve is designed for building equipment, industrial equipment, and building complexes. It is essential for air conditioning systems, as the ingress of air into the piping system causes a decrease in heat efficiency, noise generation, or corrosion of devices. Equipped with a quick exhaust mechanism, the TA-2C can greatly reduce the time required for water supply by exhausting large amounts of air inside the piping at the time of initial water supply much more quickly than conventional air vent valves.

Note: The table above shows the general features of Nylon 11 and does not describe the specific working conditions of the TA-2C.
Before water flowing: The float is in a low position and the floating valve is opened.
During water flowing: When water starts to flow into the valve, air inside the piping is pushed by water and exhausted out through the quick exhaust hole.
Water flowing is completed: The float is pushed up by water flowing into the product, and the valve connected with the float is closed.
Air commingling: When air flows into the product, the float is lowered immediately, and at the same time the valve is lowered, allowing air to be exhausted out through the quick air vent hole.

Precautions for Operation
Installation Recommendations

| Trouble | Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|---|
| Air cannot be exhausted. | 1. Stop valve at inlet side has been closed. 2. Piping pressure is above the optimum level. | 1. Open the stop valve fully. 2. Reduce the piping pressure or replace the product with a model for high pressure. |
| Water outflows. | 1. Floating valve is stuck by foreign substance. 2. Floating valve is damaged. 3. Float is damaged and loses the specified function. | 1. Disassemble the product and clean the floating valve. 2. Replace the floating valve. 3. Replace the float. |
