Armstrong SH-6000 bimetallic steam trap for superheated conditions. Features a carbon steel body, titanium disc and seat, handles large start-up loads, and resists water hammer up to 41 bar and 400°C.

Armstrong SH-6000 bimetallic steam trap is designed for use in superheated conditions. It efficiently handles large start-up loads. As system temperature and pressure increase, the stacked bimetallic elements expand to provide a leak-proof shutoff when steam flows through, effectively preventing steam loss.
This bimetallic trap is highly effective against water hammer. Designed for harsh conditions such as ultra-high temperature steam systems, the high-pressure trap is equipped with a titanium disc and seat to ensure an extremely long service life.
