BURKERT 20034411 Type 5282 Servo-assisted 2/2-way Diaphragm Valve

The BURKERT 20034411 is a Type 5282 servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm solenoid valve designed for the reliable control of neutral gases and liquids. A minimum differential pressure is required for the valve to function. This specific model features a durable stainless steel body and FKM (fluororubber) seals, making it suitable for hot air, per-solutions, and hot oils up to 90 °C. The solenoid coils are molded with a chemically resistant epoxy, and the valve is equipped with a service-friendly manual override for start-up and testing.

Key Features

  • Servo-assisted diaphragm valve with a 32.0 mm (DN 32) orifice.
  • Separating diaphragm for aggressive and contaminated media.
  • Closing and opening times can be adjusted individually.
  • Service-friendly manual override.

Installation & Operation

Safety Instructions

  • Risk of injury from high pressure in the equipment. Before loosening the pipes and valves, turn off the pressure and vent the pipes.
  • Risk of injury due to electrical shock. Before reaching into the device or the equipment, switch off the power supply and secure to prevent reactivation.

Manual Emergency Actuation

Note

When the manual emergency actuation is locked, the valve can no longer be actuated electrically.

Setting the Switching Times

The closing and opening times of the valve can be changed if required with the side throttle screws. Burkert 20034411 extending and reducing switching times

Caution

Discharge of medium if the throttle screws are unscrewed too far. Pressure surges caused by liquid media and short closing times may reduce the service life of the diaphragm and destroy other devices and components in the system.
