Burkert 20063458 Type 0127 is a direct-acting 3/2-way rocker solenoid valve designed with a separating diaphragm for media separation. Installation

Fluidic Installation

High Pressure Hazard

Before loosening lines and valves, turn off the pressure and vent the lines to prevent acute risk of injury.

Dirt Trap

If necessary, install a dirt trap with a 5 μm mesh size to protect against malfunctions.

The valve can be installed in any position, preferably with the actuator facing up. Observe the flow direction and the marking of valve connections on the body:

Flange Connection Instructions:

1. Remove the orange cover plate. Do not remove the flange plate.
2. Ensure that the provided seals are properly seated inside the valve.
3. Ensure that the manifold is flat and has adequate surface quality.

Tightening Torque

Excessive tightening torque can damage the device. The maximum tightening torque is 0.3 ± 0.05 Nm (does not apply to self-tapping screws).

Before starting work, switch off the power supply and secure it against being switched back on.
