Bürkert 20068749 Type 5282 servo-assisted 2/2-way solenoid valve. Features a brass body, NBR seal, G 1/2 internal thread, 24V DC, and 0.2-16 bar pressure range.

BURKERT 20068749 Type 5282 is a servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm solenoid valve. A minimum differential pressure is required for the valve to function. The standard brass body satisfies all European drinking water requirements. The 3/2-way pilot valve can be easily converted from NC to NO circuit function by rotating it on the armature. The solenoid coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. The 5282 is equipped with a manual override for start-up and testing.

Threaded Variant (Brass, DN 13):
Safety Instructions
The delivery condition corresponds to the order key. Turning the pilot valve through 180° changes the circuit function of the valve. The circuit function can only be changed for variants up to 10 bar.
The closing and opening times of the valve can be changed if required with the side throttle screws.
Pressure Surges
If closing times are fairly short, liquid media cause higher pressure surges. These may reduce the service life of the diaphragm and destroy other devices and components in the system. Discharge of medium occurs if the throttle screws are unscrewed too far.
| Malfunction | Possible Cause |
|---|---|
| Valve does not switch | Short-circuit or coil interrupted |
| Medium pressure outside the permitted pressure range | |
| Manual emergency actuation locked | |
| Valve does not close | Internal space of the valve is dirty |
| Manual emergency actuation locked |
