BURKERT 20076076 Type 3361 Electromotive 2-Way Globe Control Valve

BURKERT 20076076 Type 3361 electromotive 2-way globe control valve. Features DN 10 welded connection, AG2 1300N actuator, 24 V DC supply, and 0-25 bar operating pressure.

BURKERT 20076076 Type 3361 Electromotive 2-Way Globe Control Valve

BURKERT 20076076 (Type 3361) is an innovative electromotive 2-way globe control valve designed for demanding operating conditions. This specific model features a DN 10 welded connection (DIN EN ISO 1127 / ISO 4200 / DIN 11866 Series B), a stainless steel valve body, and an AG2 (1300 N) electromotive actuator. Operating at 24 V DC, it handles pressures up to 25 bar and medium temperatures from -10 °C to 150 °C. The valve delivers highly precise, dynamic closed-loop control with a positioning speed of up to 6 mm/s, reacting almost delay-free to process signals.

The Type 3361 features a weather, impact, and vibration-resistant design with an IP65/IP67 and NEMA 4X protection rating. The closed design and robust surface ensure hygienic requirements for fast and residue-free cleaning are met. It includes a positioner function, a linear 10:1 control cone variant, and electrical energy storage for a normally closed safety position in case of power failure.

Operating Limits

Operating Limits for Ambient and Medium Temperature

The maximum permissible temperature for the environment and the medium are dependent on each other. The maximum allowable temperature curves of different device variants are shown in the temperature chart. The curves were determined for maximum operating conditions (maximum operating pressure and motor power).

Service and Maintenance

WARNING

Risk of injury from high pressure. Before working on the system or device, switch off the pressure and vent or drain lines. Spare parts may be replaced only by trained technicians and with the appropriate tools.

When replacing the control cone, seal set, or valve seat, ensure the device is in the MANUAL operating state and the valve is moved to the open position before removing the actuator from the valve body. After mounting the actuator, run the X.TUNE function to adjust the position control to the physical stroke of the actuating element used.

DANGER

Danger due to uncontrolled process after running the X.TUNE function. If the X.TUNE is run under medium pressure, the controller will be incorrectly adjusted. Never run the X.TUNE under medium pressure.
