BURKERT 21155 (Type 0290) Servo-Assisted 2/2-Way Diaphragm Solenoid Valve

Bürkert 21155 (Type 0290) servo-assisted 2/2-way solenoid valve. Features a stainless steel body, FKM seal, G1/2 internal thread, 24V operation, and 0-16 bar pressure range.

BURKERT 21155 (Type 0290) Servo-Assisted 2/2-Way Diaphragm Solenoid Valve

Bürkert 21155 (Type 0290) is a servo-assisted 2/2-way diaphragm valve. The valve opens without differential pressure. The opening process is facilitated by the fix-coupling of the diaphragm to the magnetic core. The integrated 'soft-kick' function ensures gentle opening. The solenoid coils are moulded with an epoxy that has a high level of chemical resistance. Kick and drop electronics are moulded into the solenoid for reduced electrical power consumption.

Circuit Function

Circuit function A (CF A): 2/2-way solenoid valve, servo-controlled, normally closed.

Installation and Safety

DANGER

Risk of injury from high pressure in the system Before loosening lines or valves, switch off the pressure and vent the lines.

Risk of injury from electric shock Before accessing the device or the system, switch off the power supply and secure it to prevent reactivation! Observe the applicable accident prevention and safety regulations for electrical devices.

Before Installation

Installation position: The installation position is flexible. Preferably: actuator at the top.

Dirt trap: For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤400µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.

WARNING

If there is no protective conductor function between the coil and body, there is a risk of injury from electric shock. Always connect the protective conductor. Check the protective conductor function after installing the coil.
