Yoshitake GP-1000T pilot-operated pressure reducing valve for air and non-corrosive gases. Features zero seat leakage, 0.1-1.0 MPa inlet pressure, and 20:1 max reduction ratio.

Yoshitake GP-1000T series pressure reducing valves for air and non-corrosive gases are pilot-operated valves designed for small to large flow rates. They are highly reliable for applications ranging from building utilities systems, air-conditioning systems, to factory air lines. The series includes the GP-1000T (flanged) and GP-1010T (screwed) spring types, as well as the GP-1200T and GP-1210T air-loaded types, ensuring zero valve seat leakage with an improved internal structure.

The values in parentheses for H are the dimensions of the GP-1200T.

The pressure reducing valve reduces pressure by throttling the main valve. Inlet pressure passes through the strainer via the inlet pressure passage to apply pressure to the downside of the pilot valve. Turning the adjusting screw clockwise compresses the spring, flexing the diaphragm to open the pilot valve. Inlet pressure then enters the upside of the piston, overriding the pressure on the downside of the main valve and opening the main valve to allow fluid flow. Reduced pressure is led to the diaphragm chamber, balancing with the adjusting spring load to control pilot valve travel, thereby regulating appropriate reduced pressure.

Find the intersection point of the inlet and reduced pressures. The GP-1000T series valves are suitable within range (A). When within range (B), maximum performance cannot be obtained.
