Yoshitake STC-1 Steam Trap Checker

Yoshitake STC-1 steam trap checker. Features automatic diagnosis, surface temperature measurement (0-300°C), and auscultation mode. Speedy 2-8s diagnosis with LCD and LED indicators.

Yoshitake STC-1 Steam Trap Checker

Yoshitake STC-1 is a simple checker that diagnoses the condition of steam traps. It is equipped with automatic steam trap diagnosis, operation auscultation, and steam piping surface temperature sensor functions, enabling speedy and accurate evaluation in various environments.

Features

  • Easy to handle: Realizes diagnosis with simple 2-step operation. Consecutive diagnosis is possible under the same conditions.
  • Short diagnosis time: Takes only 2 or 8 seconds for automatic diagnosis.
  • Vibration function: Start and completion of diagnosis is notified by a vibrator, reducing misdiagnosis and enabling use in blind situations like dark or narrow places.
  • LED function: Diagnosis result can be confirmed on a large LCD screen and LED display. LED turns on when diagnosis completes.
  • Switchable functions: Surface temperature sensor function and auscultation function can be used arbitrarily. Leakage and clogging of other steam valves besides the steam trap can also be detected.
