Yoshitake TSF-10F ductile cast iron float steam trap with a thermostatic air vent. Features flanged connections, max pressure up to 2.1 MPa, and max temperature of 220°C.

Yoshitake TSF-10F is a ductile cast iron float steam trap designed to effectively discharge steam condensate without retention, realizing an energy-saving steam system with zero steam loss. It incorporates a thermostatic air vent to rapidly discharge air inside the piping and shorten warming-up time.
A key feature of the TSF-10F is its adjustable cock, which meets various flow directions (horizontal or vertical) and allows the flow direction to be switched easily without disassembling the cover.

WARNING
The discharge capacity shown in the chart above is the maximum value. In designing a system, select a steam trap with a sufficient safety factor (more than two times the regular level).
Adjust the direction of the nameplate in a no-pressure condition after installation. Fix the cock with a spanner and loosen the nut. Turn the cock and adjust the direction of the nameplate to position "TOP" and "BOTTOM" signs on the upside and downside respectively. Fix the cock with a spanner and fasten the nut after adjustment.

INFO
In the case of Bottom to Top installation, please shorten the vertical piping before the trap to ensure it opens and discharges easily when using the upward flow direction.
