Yoshitake TSF-11SF float steam trap in cast stainless steel. Designed for steam condensate with working pressures up to 2.1 MPa. Features built-in air vent.

The Yoshitake TSF-11SF is a high-performance float steam trap constructed from cast stainless steel, providing exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. It is designed to discharge condensate effectively without retention, realizing an energy-saving steam system with no steam loss. The incorporated thermostatic air vent rapidly discharges air from inside the piping, significantly shortening the equipment warming-up time. By turning the cock, the TSF-11SF can accommodate various flow directions, including horizontal and vertical installations, allowing flow direction adjustment without disassembling the cover. Since the main parts are installed on the cover, inspection and parts replacement can be easily conducted without detaching the body from the piping.

Flow Direction and Nameplate Adjustment
By turning the cock, it is possible to meet various flow directions such as horizontal or vertical installation. Adjust the direction of the nameplate in a no-pressure condition after installation. Turn the cock and adjust the direction of the nameplate to position the "TOP" and "BOTTOM" signs correctly.
