Yoshitake TSF-13 and TSF-13F float steam traps for 40A and 50A nominal sizes. Features a large float for stable operation and reliable steam condensate discharge.

Yoshitake TSF-13 and TSF-13F are high-capacity float steam traps designed to efficiently discharge steam condensate. These models are available in 40A and 50A nominal sizes and provide stable operation realized by adopting a large float design.
Stable operation is realized by adopting a large float, ensuring reliable and continuous condensate discharge from the piping system.
| Nominal Size | 40A, 50A |
|---|---|
| Applicable Fluid | Steam condensate |
| Connections | JIS 10KRF/20KRF |
At start-up, since the float is down, the valve set is closed. In this state, air in the system and piping is discharged out through the air vent which is opened. When condensate flows in, the float rises, opening the valve to discharge the condensate.

When selecting a steam trap, ensure a sufficient safety factor of at least twice the required capacity.

Piping Precaution
The pipe size on the outlet side of the product should be large enough so that the discharged condensate flows without any resistance.
