BURKERT 20037311 Type 0121 direct-acting media-separated solenoid valve features a PVDF body, EPDM seal, and G 3/8 connection. Designed for aggressive media with a 0-2 bar pressure range.

BURKERT 20037311 Type 0121 is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve designed for controlling, shutting off, and dosing neutral and aggressive media. The solenoid actuator and the medium chamber are separated by a diaphragm system, making the valve suitable for critical media such as aggressive acids and lyes. The solenoid coils are molded with a chemically resistant epoxy. This specific 20037311 configuration features a PVDF body, EPDM seals, a G 3/8 internal thread connection, and operates as a 2/2-way normally open (NO) valve. It includes a manual override for start-up and testing, and utilizes Kick and Drop coil technology for energy reduction.

Installation Recommendation
For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet. When manual override is locked, the valve cannot be electrically actuated.
WARNING
Do not use the coil as a lever arm during installation. Hold the device on the body using the appropriate open-ended spanner and screw into the pipeline using PTFE tape as a seal material.
